Many of our products are created using a Print-on-Demand (POD) process, while some products may be available as ready-to-ship inventory. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.

By placing an order with PIXSSTER, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


1. Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing it.

For Print-on-Demand and personalized products, production starts only after your order has been confirmed. Each product is printed, quality checked, carefully packed, and prepared for dispatch before it leaves our facility.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

During festivals, promotional campaigns, public holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer than usual. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Business days refer to Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your shipping location.

Metro Cities and Tier 1 Locations

Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Tier 2, Tier 3 and Remote Locations

Estimated delivery: 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, natural events, local restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping Coverage

Currently, PIXSSTER delivers orders across India.

At this time, international shipping is not available. However, we are actively working towards expanding our services to international destinations in the future.

Any updates regarding international shipping will be announced on our website.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, PIXSSTER may offer free shipping promotions on selected products, order values, or promotional campaigns. Such offers will be clearly communicated on our website whenever available.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS, along with the tracking details, wherever applicable.

You can use the provided tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment through our courier partner.

If you do not receive your tracking details within the expected processing time, please contact our support team for assistance.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple attempts to deliver your order.

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Customer unavailable at the delivery location
  • Unreachable contact number
  • Refusal to accept the shipment

the package may be returned to us by the courier partner.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be shipped again.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information while placing an order.

  • Complete Delivery Address
  • Landmark (if applicable)
  • City
  • State
  • PIN Code
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address

PIXSSTER shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


8. Delayed Deliveries

While we work closely with trusted courier partners, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Government restrictions
  • Transport disruptions
  • Courier network delays
  • High seasonal demand

In such situations, delivery timelines may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


9. Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend:

  • Taking clear photographs of the package before opening it.
  • Recording an unboxing video whenever possible.
  • Contacting our support team within 48 hours if the product inside is damaged or incorrect.

This helps us investigate the issue efficiently and provide an appropriate resolution.


10. Lost Shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the shipment status.

If the shipment is confirmed as lost before successful delivery, PIXSSTER will work towards an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.


11. Print-on-Demand Products

Many PIXSSTER products are manufactured only after an order is placed.

Because each product is individually printed and prepared specifically for the customer, production begins shortly after order confirmation.

This production process is already included within the stated processing timeline.

We appreciate your patience while we create your order with the attention and quality it deserves.


12. Multiple Products in One Order

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped together or separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, production timelines, or packaging requirements.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is shipped in multiple packages, unless otherwise stated.

PIXSSTER reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this page. We encourage customers to review this policy periodically for the latest information.
