Cancellation Policy

At PIXSSTER, we aim to process every order as quickly as possible to ensure timely production and delivery. Since many of our products are manufactured using a Print-on-Demand (POD) process or are customized specifically for each customer, orders often move into production shortly after they are placed.
Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order after it has been placed. However, cancellation requests are subject to the production and processing status of the order.
As soon as an order is confirmed, our team begins preparing it for production, printing, packaging, or dispatch. Once this process has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
We therefore recommend contacting our support team immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
2. Cancellation Before Production
If your cancellation request is received before production, customization, packaging, or dispatch has begun, we will review the request and, if eligible, cancel the order.
Once the cancellation is approved, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the processing timelines of your bank or payment provider.
3. Print-on-Demand Products
Most PIXSSTER products are manufactured only after an order has been placed.
Because production begins shortly after order confirmation, Print-on-Demand orders generally cannot be cancelled once production has started.
This policy helps us avoid unnecessary material waste and maintain an efficient production process.
4. Personalized Products
Personalized and customized products are created based on the information, artwork, photographs, text, or design preferences provided by the customer.
Once customization has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged, except where required under applicable law or if an error has occurred on our part.
Customers are requested to carefully review all customization details before confirming their order.
5. Ready-to-Ship Products
Certain products available on the PIXSSTER website may be stocked in advance and ready for dispatch.
Cancellation requests for such products may be accepted only if the order has not yet been packed or handed over to the shipping partner.
Once dispatch has been initiated, the cancellation request may not be accepted.
6. Modification of Orders
If you wish to change your shipping address, product variant, quantity, personalization details, or any other order information, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request if production or dispatch has not yet begun.
Once production, customization, or shipping has started, modifications may no longer be possible.
7. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an eligible cancellation request is approved by PIXSSTER, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used while placing the order.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, credit card issuer, or UPI service.
While PIXSSTER initiates approved refunds promptly, the time required for the amount to reflect in your account depends on the respective financial institution.
8. Cancellation by PIXSSTER
PIXSSTER reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Payment failure or unsuccessful payment verification.
- Incorrect pricing due to technical or human error.
- Product becoming unavailable.
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control that prevent order fulfilment.
If an order is cancelled by PIXSSTER after payment has been successfully received, the customer will receive a full refund through the original payment method.
9. Non-Cancellable Situations
Cancellation requests may not be accepted in the following situations:
- Production has already started.
- The product has entered the customization process.
- The order has been packed for dispatch.
- The shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.
- The order has already been delivered.
In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.
