Welcome to PIXSSTER. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to delivering high-quality products with every order. Since many of our products are created using a Print-on-Demand (POD) process and some are personalized specifically for each customer, our Return & Refund Policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from PIXSSTER, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Our Commitment

At PIXSSTER, we carefully inspect every product before it is packed and dispatched. Whether you order a poster, frame, mug, T-shirt, home décor item, office décor product, or any other item available on our website, we strive to ensure that it reaches you in excellent condition.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.


2. Products Covered Under This Policy

This policy applies to all products sold through the PIXSSTER website, including but not limited to:

  • Framed Artwork
  • Mugs
  • T-Shirts
  • Home Décor Products
  • Office Décor Products
  • Personalized Products
  • Print-on-Demand Products
  • Ready-to-Ship Products
  • Gift Items and Accessories

Additional products introduced in the future will also be governed by this policy unless otherwise stated.


3. Return Eligibility

You may request a return, replacement, or refund only if the product you received:

  • Arrived damaged during shipping.
  • Has a manufacturing defect.
  • Contains a printing or production defect.
  • Is different from the product you originally ordered.
  • Is incorrect due to an error on our end.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.


4. How to Report an Issue

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Your request should include:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Images of the outer packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Providing complete information helps us review your request quickly and accurately.


5. Inspection & Verification

After receiving your request, our team will carefully review the details and images provided.

In certain cases, we may request additional photographs or information to verify the issue before approving a replacement or refund.

Each request is reviewed individually to ensure a fair resolution for both the customer and PIXSSTER.


6. Products That Cannot Be Returned

As many of our products are printed or produced specifically for each order, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after placing the order.
  • The order was placed accidentally.
  • An incorrect size, design, colour option, or quantity was selected during checkout.
  • You no longer require the product after delivery.
  • Minor colour differences between the product displayed on your screen and the printed item.
  • Dissatisfaction caused by monitor, mobile screen, or printer colour variations.
  • Personalized or customized products that were produced according to the information or artwork provided by the customer.
  • Low-resolution, blurry, cropped, or poor-quality images uploaded by the customer for customized products.
  • Products received in good condition without any manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
  • Requests made after the 48-hour reporting period.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product details, customization information, and shipping details before placing an order.


7. Personalized Products

Customized and personalized products are specially created based on the design, text, photograph, or instructions provided by the customer.

For this reason, personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

However, if a personalized product is received in a damaged condition, contains a manufacturing defect, or differs from the approved design due to an error on our part, we will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.


8. Print-on-Demand Products

Many PIXSSTER products are manufactured only after an order is placed.

Since these products are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be resold or restocked.

Therefore, returns or refunds are generally not accepted unless:

  • The product is damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product differs significantly from the confirmed order due to our mistake.

9. Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, PIXSSTER may provide a replacement instead of a refund whenever appropriate.

A replacement may be offered when:

  • The product arrived damaged.
  • There is a manufacturing defect.
  • The incorrect item was delivered.
  • A printing error occurred during production.

Replacement products will be processed as quickly as possible after approval.


10. Refund Policy

If a replacement is not possible or is not considered the most suitable resolution, an eligible refund will be processed.

Approved refunds will be issued through the same payment method used while placing the order.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer. While PIXSSTER initiates approved refunds promptly, it may take several business days before the amount appears in your account.

Shipping charges, convenience fees, or other service charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or where the error was entirely on our part.


11. Order Cancellation

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before production, customization, or shipping has started.

Once printing, personalization, packaging, or dispatch has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.


12. Colour & Print Variation

Actual printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on your mobile phone, tablet, or computer screen.

Such differences occur due to variations in screen brightness, display settings, colour profiles, lighting conditions, and printing techniques.

Minor colour variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.


13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate before completing the purchase.

  • Product selection
  • Size
  • Colour variant
  • Quantity
  • Shipping address
  • Contact details
  • Personalization details (if applicable)

PIXSSTER cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.


14. Changes to This Policy

PIXSSTER reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on our website. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically for the latest version.
