1. About PIXSSTER

PIXSSTER is an online store offering creative and lifestyle products including, but not limited to, posters, framed artwork, mugs, T-shirts, home décor, office décor, gift items, personalized products, and other merchandise. Some products are manufactured using a Print-on-Demand process, while others may be shipped from ready stock.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable laws.
  • The information provided by you is accurate and complete.
  • You will use this website only for lawful purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please notify us immediately.

4. Product Information

We strive to display accurate descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images for all products. However:

  • Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
  • Printed colours may differ slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, printing methods, and material variations.
  • Measurements and dimensions may contain minor manufacturing tolerances.
  • Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.

PIXSSTER reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccurate product information at any time.

5. Print-on-Demand Products

Many PIXSSTER products are manufactured only after an order has been placed.

As these products are produced specifically for each customer, manufacturing begins shortly after order confirmation.

Once production has started, such orders generally cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged except as provided under our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before placing an order.
Please carefully verify:

  • Uploaded Images
  • Colours
  • Design Preferences
  • Custom Text

PIXSSTER is not responsible for customer-approved errors submitted during the ordering process.
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

7. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

  • Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or promotional discounts will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
  • Payments must be successfully completed before an order enters production or dispatch.
  • PIXSSTER reserves the right to modify product prices without prior notice.
  • Any pricing error identified after an order is placed may result in order cancellation, in which case the customer will receive a full refund if payment has already been made.

8. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically constitute acceptance of that order.
PIXSSTER reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Payment verification issues
  • Incomplete customer information
  • Violation of these Terms

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for customer convenience only.

While we make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, government restrictions, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control shall not make PIXSSTER liable for compensation.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

If you upload photographs, artwork, logos, text, or any other content for personalization, you confirm that:

  • You have obtained all necessary permissions.
